The guest house has recently been fully refurbished and decorated to a high European standard offering 7 good size double bedrooms each which it’s own en suite. The main house consists of the lounge area with a large flat screen TV. sofa, coffee table and chairs, the  dining area and four double bedrooms. The annex which can be accessed either through the main house or directly from the parking area has 3 more double bedrooms.

Between the beach and the road are recently built landscaped gardens with paths walkways and seating areas leading up to the Independence Beach Hotel, the gardens are an ideal place to sit and watch the sun set.

Our competitively priced room rates include a continental breakfast served between 8.30 – 10.00am., we are of course flexible with this just let us know your requirements. Whilst we do not provide an evening meal there are various restaurants and take away venues that will deliver to the house for you, Chinese, Pizza and of course restaurants supplying local dishes. We are more than happy and would prefer that if you have food delivered you use the dining area or outside breakfast area.

The outside area has ample parking and also includes the pagoda style seating area with confortable sofas where guest tend to gather for an evening drink before heading out for the night..

If you are arriving at Phnom Penn Airport we are happy to arrange transfers to the hotel (charged at local rates for an arrangement fee of $5), we also offer a full laundry service.

Our aims for Clearwater are very simple, comfort and relaxation. With this in mind we have created comfortable seating areas both inside and outside where for the days or evenings you do not wish to go out, you can sit and relax, read a book, use the Wifi or just have a lazy day, ideal for the flash packer.
